Royalty-Free Music

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the music tracks created by the Licensor using Suno AI as background music in the Licensee’s premises.
License applies only to the agreed location(s).
Licensee may not copy, distribute, or resell the music.
🔹 Term and Payment

Fee: €[X] per agreed term.
Extensions require written or electronic confirmation and payment.
🔹 Copyright
Licensor retains full ownership and copyright.
Music is 100% original; all rights remain with Licensor.
